 Escape to the quiet countryside in this charming, solid brick cottage offering scenic views of the St Louis Arch and skyline stretching across open farm fields. Please note we are initially giving a trial of allowing for 1 night stays as to accomodate cross country traveler's or for anyone staying in the area for family events. A 25% discount for 2 or more nights. Additionally, there is room to park trailer's for those with moving trucks/trailers or hauling equipment.

It's also a perfect location for race fans attending WW Technology (appx 10 minutes) or the Fairmont Casino and Racetrack (appx 9 minutes), or for city explorer's (StL Arch appx 17 minutes) Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village (appx 19 minutes) and STL Lambert Airport (appx 26 minutes). This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. There is 2 Queen beds in the bedroom, and an optional sleeping location in the sunroom as the couch breaks down into 2 twin xl floor mattress's. Enjoy the peace of rural living with quick access to interstates and the area's top attractions, all surrounded by Illinois prime farmground. Seasonally you can enjoy the different crop rotations of corn, pumpkins, soybeans, wheat, and even horseradish. Frequent wildlife sitings include ducks & geese on the pond, frogs, coyote's, rabbits, and we do have a local mated pair of Eagles that nest nearby. Owner's live close and can immediately assist with any issue's or provide answer's to any questions.
